5 Easy Egg Replacements for Baking Recipes

Here are 5 different egg substitutes that you can use in your baking recipes:

  1. Baking soda and Vinegar: this famous duo seems to do it all – well, add one more thing to the list – egg replacement! To replace one egg, mix 1 tsp of baking soda with 1 Tbsp of vinegar and add them to your baking mix at the end.
  2. Bananas: replace one egg with 1/4 cup of mashed banana.
  3. Apple sauce: replace one egg with 1/4 cup of apple sauce.
  4. Plain yogurt: replace 1 egg with 1/4 cup of plain yogurt.
  5. Flax egg: to replace one egg, mix 1 Tbsp of ground flaxseed in 3 Tbsp of water.
