- Baking soda and Vinegar: this famous duo seems to do it all – well, add one more thing to the list – egg replacement! To replace one egg, mix 1 tsp of baking soda with 1 Tbsp of vinegar and add them to your baking mix at the end.
- Bananas: replace one egg with 1/4 cup of mashed banana.
- Apple sauce: replace one egg with 1/4 cup of apple sauce.
- Plain yogurt: replace 1 egg with 1/4 cup of plain yogurt.
- Flax egg: to replace one egg, mix 1 Tbsp of ground flaxseed in 3 Tbsp of water.
